Chambers Management Presents:
JIMMY CARR: JOKE TECHNICIAN
Thursday 7th & Friday 8th May 2009 at 7.30pm

Jimmy Carr is not just a TV star. He’s won awards, released chart-topping DVDs (there’s a new one out this November), written a best-selling book and broken box office records by performing to over 500,000 people in the last three years.

He may be the hardest working man in comedy. But perhaps he wouldn’t have to be if he had a little bit more talent.

This show is exactly the same as last year’s except every single word. It’s rude, crude and offensive but those aren’t the only reasons you’ll enjoy it.

Not to be missed, unless it’s not your kind of thing.

Status Quo - Postponed

STATUS QUO - URGENT INFORMATION JUST RECEIVED
IPSWICH REGENT THEATRE - SCHEDULED DATES THURSDAY 23rd & FRIDAY 24th OCTOBER 2008

It is with great regret that STATUS QUO has been forced to reschedule their shows for the rest of the month. This unavoidable course of action is due to drummer Matthew Letley succumbing to an Upper Respiratory Tract Viral infection and being forced to rest after taking medial advice. It had been hoped that a brief period of rest would allow Letley to resume duties but his condition has in fact worsened and he is being sent for further tests.

The new dates are as follows:
Tuesday 17th February 2009 & Wednesday 18th February 2009

Tickets for this week's shows remain valid for the new dates and no action need to be taken. Fans holding tickets for the 23rd October will be able to attend the show on 17th February 2009 and fans holding tickets for the 24th October will be able to attend the show on the 18th February 2009.

Status Quo Manager, Simon Porter, added, “Unfortunately Matthew Letley’s condition has worsened and we have been forced to postpone these shows on doctor’s orders. We did not wish to risk Matt’s health or indeed turn in performances that were anything less than the very best possible. The band hates to have to reschedule shows and hope that the fans realise that these situations are outside their control. We look forward to seeing everyone at the shows in February”.

Anyone not able to attend the new date is advised to telephone the Ipswich Regent box office on 01473 433100 at their earliest possible opportunity.
